Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish Church is a Roman Catholic and Marian church in the Booy, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines. It is also called Birhen sa Guadalupe Parish Church (Virgin of Guadalupe).

The church was declared a parish in 2005.
Architecture
The church is at the intersection of Thomas Cloma Street and Bukid Drive in the district of Booy in the city of Tagbilaran. It has a pentagonal floor plan that rises to two floors. The topmost level above the chancel on its white roof a lantern; each of these three levels are pierced with arches.
Celebration
The feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe falls on December 12.
Services
Chapel masses. Masses are also celebrated in the chapels on Sundays: 5:30-6:30 AM at Sagrada Familia Chapel, 7:45-8:45 AM (also Wednesday and Friday at 6:00-7:00 AM) at Sto. Niño De Tubod Chapel, and 7:45-8:45 AM at San Lorenzo Ruiz de Manila Chapel. At
Office. The parish office is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 9:00 to 11:30 in the morning and frrom 2:00 to 4:30 in the afternoon. On Sundays, it is open from 6:00 in the morning until 1:30 in the afternoon, and from 4:30 in the afternoon to 6:00 in the evening. The office is closed on Monday and Tuesday.
Baptism. Baptism is scheduled at 10:00 in the morning every second and fourth Saturday. The pre-Jordan seminar is held an hour before the baptismal rites.
Funeral mass. Funeral masses are held between 1:00 and 3:00 in the afternoon daily.
Weddings. Weddings are scheduled every Thursday at 8:00 in the morning.
