St. Isidore Church is a Roman Catholic church located in San Francisco, Southern Leyte, Philippines.

History
San Franciso was called Canlili-ug in olden times. It acquired its name as inspired by St. Francis Xavier, and according to oral tradition townsfolk expected to receive an image of the said saint to be installed as patron of the town. Instead, they obtained the image of St. Isidore.
The church was established in 1968. Meanwhile, San Francisco seceded from Liloan and became an independent municipality by virtue of Executive Order No. 292 issued by President Elpidio Quirino on November 1, 1949.

The feast day of St. Isidore is May 15.
