Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in Dapdap, Alangalang, Leyte, Philippines.

History
The origin of the church was as a chapel dedicated to Our Lady of Hope. The Archdiocese of Palo through Most Reverend Pedro R. Dean, D.D., envisioned for the chapel to be elevated to serve the interior areas east of Alangalang and bounded by towns of Sta. Fe and Jaro. It became a mission station on June 6, 2004 to suit such purpose and Fr. Herculano Tabada was its first mission chaplain.
After Fr. Tabada was appointed to another parish, Fr. Jaime Villanueva succeeded as chaplain and he replaced the titular with Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. During his stint, the property on which the church stands was donated by Remedios Guyjoco-Ti in 2005.
Construction works began in October 2005, and the rectory was completed on May 3, 2007. Church-building was gathering pace when it was damaged by Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) in November 2013, setting back its completion considerably.
On February 2, 2020, the community filed a petition to the archdiocese for the mission station to be converted to a parish. Their petition was put on hold due to coronavirus pandemic. Finally, Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Parish was canonically erected on May 1, 2021.
Architecture
The sacristy is a rectangular building, and the church spreads out fan-like into linear corners in the shape of a clam-shell. It is still undergoing construction through fund-raising drive called URUSA hin KARSADA ngadto kan Maria or UK Project.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal is November 27.
