St. Joachim Church, also called San Joaquin Parish Church, is a Roman Catholic church located in San Joaquin, Palo, Leyte, Philippines.

History
According to the social media page, it celebrated the 253rd fiesta celebration in 2023 and thus placing its founding year in the 18th century. It was elevated to a parish on d and its first parish priest was Fr. Jaime Segun. Its parish community included Salvacion, Cogon, Carabasan Guit, and Cabarasan Daku. Since June 4, 1997, it added nine more.
Architecture
The facade is built with a portico-cum-bell tower. Its entryway is decorated modern archivolt. The belfry is quadrangular and topped with a lighted cross.
Celebration
The feast day of St. Joachim is July 26.
