The church is low-edifice with broken gable making a general outline of its facade. The facade is sparsely decorate with attached columns and pierced with arches. The niche of the patroness is found above the overhang by the entrance. A belfry is located at the uppermost level of the front wall.

The feast day of St. Anthony of Padua is August 4.
