History
The church was established within the term of Most Reverend Leonardo Z. Legaspi of the Archdiocese of Caceres on August 29, 2009 with Fr. Rex Palaya as the first parish priest.
Architecture
The church stands amidst green fields. Its grand facade follows along classical lines with fluted columns of composite capitals on plinths, alcoves of saints, and volutes decorating the pediment. The pediment is pierced with an oculus and crowned with a lunette.
Celebration
The feast of the Black Nazarene is January 9.
