Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in Balatan, Camarines Sur, Philippines.

History
The municipality of Balatan was created through Executive Order No. 485 issued by President Elpidio Quirino on December 3, 1951. It was carved out of the territories formerly belonging to Nabua: Siramag (seat of the government), Caorasan, and Tapayas.
The church was established on November 15, 1958.
Architecture
A portico is built by the entrance, and it is connected via ledge that covers the rest of the facade. The main entryway is flanked with side entrances and windows. The image of the patroness is enshrined in the pediment.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of Perpetual Help is February 18.
