Parish and Shrine of Our Lady of the Pillar is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in San Isidro, Libmanan, Camarines Sur, Philippines. It is the center of devotion and pilgrimage of Our Lady of the Pillar in the diocese.

History
The devotion to Our Lady of the Pillar was introduced by Most Reverend Leandro Legazpi, the Archbishop of Caceres, in 1985. The Marian devotion was instituted to complement with the devotion of St. James the Greater, the patron of the Libmanan Cathedral.
The Shrine was erected to receive pilgrims and devotees. Stories of miracles have also been recorded since the beginning of the devotion. Thus, the image was granted an episcopal coronation in 2014 and canonical coronation on October 11, 2015.
The image of the patroness of Libmanan depicts the Blessed Mother carrying the Holy Child in Her left hand while Her right hand is holding on to a blue mantle. She wears a deep-red robe with gold accent, while the Holy Child wears a white garment. Both the Madonna and the Child are crowned. The Blessed Mother is adorned with a golden halo bedecked with stars.
According to tradition, Mary appeared to St. James the Greater along the Ebro riverbanks in Saragossa while he was in the middle of his missionary works in Spain in 40 AD. It was considered the first apparition of Mary, exhibiting her ability for bilocation.
Architecture
The grand portico is supported by fluted columns and decorated with dentil and balustrade. Similarly designed columns are also found elsewhere on the facade. The entrance door is flanked with shallow niches of holy figures, which are bounded by Solomonic columns. Above is a huge arch aperture flanked with niches, volutes, and rosettes. The pediment contains a bas relief of an emblem and decorated with dentil.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of the Pillar is October 12.
