Blessed Sacrament Parish Church is a Roman Catholic Church that is located in Reclamation Area in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines. Its administration is under the Mission Society of the Philippines.

History
Blessed Sacrament Church stands on a property that was donated by Cebu Development Corporation of the Philippines. It was established as a parish on May 2, 1966.
The laying and blessing of the cornerstone was led by Papal legate Ildebrando Cardinal Antoniutti a year earlier, and it was one of the culminating activities during the fourth centennial anniversary of the Christianization of the Philippines.
The church then was made of wood. The administration of the parish is under Mission Society of the Philippines, a religious missionary order that was founded during the said centennial celebration.
Plans were made for the construction of the present-day concrete church. The laying of the cornerstone occurred on September 18, 1978. On October 12, 2005, its patroness is the Mother of Perpetual Help.
Celebration
The feast of Mother of Perpetual Help is held every June 27th and Blessed Sacrament every May 2nd.

Confession is heard at 4:30 in the afternoon on Tuesdays and 4:00 in the afternoon on Sundays.
