History

Sta. Lucia Church was established in 1946. Its holy water is reportedly miraculous.

Architecture

A driveway guides the flock to the portico of the church. It is a concrete overhang, and the entrance door is flanked on each side by paired rectangular windows with openwork and awnings. Pilasters that form into arches rise from the ground and up to the upper register of the facade, which contains five stained glass windows. The peak of the pediment is a lighted cross. The bell tower stands in the epistle side. It consists of a main column and a pedestal where three-bodied belfry is erected. It culminates in a lighted cross.

Celebration

The feast day of St. Lucia is December 13.
