San Antonio Abad Parish Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Putat, Tuburan, Cebu, Philippines. Its patron is St. Anthony of Padua and second patroness is Our Mother of Perpetual Help.

History
The church was founded on July 28, 1974.
Architecture
A flight of stairs and a portico supported by fluted columns can be found by the entrance. Its roof is decorated with corbels and carvings of foliage. The facade has pointed arch windows and its pediment contains a glass installatio of the patron with a lighted cross at its apex.
Celebration
The feast of St. Anthony of Padua falls on January 17.
Services
Baptism is scheduled at 12:00 noon every Sunday (after the 11:00 Sunday morning mass).
The parish office is open from 9:00 to 11:00 in the morning and from 1:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon Mondays to Saturdays.
