Holy Child Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Villaba, Leyte, Philippines.

History
The old settlement in Villaba abounded with trees called Hindang, and its people were called Hamindangon. It was renamed to Nueva Galicia after the spouse of then governor of Leyte during the Spanish era. Its name was changed yet again to Villa Alba after the wife of Spanish governor of Manila and over time it evolved into Villaba.
The church was established in 1888, while the municipality was created in 1910.
Architecture
The facade of the church looks modern and is a complex of lines, angles, and stained glass. The portico by its entrance transitions to the pediment (where the patroness is enshrined) and belfry that rises to two more levels.
Celebration
The feast day of the Holy Child is the fourth Sunday of January.
