St. Isidore the Farmer Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Ayungon, Negros Oriental, Philippines.

History
When Tayasan seceded from the parish of Tanjay in 1849, Ayungon became a visita of the former along with the mission stations of Jimalalud and Manjuyod. On the other hand, the town was organized pursuant to Governor General Order No. 31 issued by Leonard Wood on July 1, 1924.
