St. Anthony of Padua Church is a Roman Catholic church located in San Antonio, Northern Samar, Philippines.

History
The town is located off the western coast of Northern Samar. In the past, it was referred to by many names including Manoglaya, Sugod-sugod, Matabia, and Dalupiri Island. Its current name is derived from the patron saint. Fisher folks visit the island for fishing expeditions and hunting birds.
Research online reveals uncertain information about the foundation of the town, with many accounts placing 1904 as its foundation. The municipal tourism office Facebook page announced 119th foundation anniversary in 2023, supporting the said date.
However, Act No. 960 of the Philippine Commission reveals that it was already a municipality before October 23, 1903. From that date, it was annexed to the town of La Granja (Allen). It regained its independence and municipal status with the passage of Act No. 1558 on October 31, 1906.
The church was established in 1926.
