The church was established on December 24, 1994.
Architecture
The three-story facade is flanked by quadrangular bell towers. The name of the parish is at the overhang above the entrance. The image of the titular Sto. Niño de Ibarra is above the main door. On the pediment is a rose window with a glass installation and above on the rooftop is a lighted cross.
Celebration
The feast day of Sto. Niño is third Saturday of January.
