History

The church was declared a parish in 2009.

Architecture

The church has an interesting facade that faces Miguel Parras Extension. From a flight of stairs and ramp, entryways are through quadrangular doors. The church has an openness to it with its pierced walls ornamented by grilles and brick-like exterior. A steel church tower rises by the epistle side and holding a cross and loudspeakers. The image of the patron stands by its side. The rest of the facade is primarily a series of three bare curving walls. Its interiors reveal a nave that is extended to a second floor overlooking the sanctuary.

Celebration

The feast of St. Anthony of Padua is every June 13.
