Birhen Sa Barangay Shrine-Parish Church is a Marian Church located in Cogon, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines. Its second patron is San Roque (St. Roch). It is a diocesan shrine of the patroness and often called Cogon Shrine.

History
The parish was established in 1987. It is a diocesan shrine of Birhen sa Barangay, the patroness whose name was given by Datu Antonio C. Gaston.
Her image was envisioned to be a blend of a Jewish (as was the Virgin Mary) and Filipino woman. Her very first rendition was a painting on a wooden board called lawanit by Crisogono Domingo who was living in Santa Barbara Leprosarium.
With the blessing of Bishop Emmanuel Yap, D.D., the image was installed in the diocese at Cadiz City on October 16, 1954. It was brought to Bohol and on a tour of the parishes of the Diocese of Tagbilaran between June 15, 1975 and January 14, 1981.
And on February 20, 1981, it was blessed by Pope John Paul II.
One other Barangay sa Birhen Parish is erected in Lindaville Subdvision.
Architecture
Its floor plan is polygonal with the facade featuring a curvilinear ceiling by the entrance. The interior features a dodecagonal, white ornament at the midpoint of the wood-brown ceiling from which roof beams radiate outward.
Celebration
The feast day of the patroness falls on every third Sunday of October.
