The church was declared a parish through a decree issued by Archbishop Angel N. Lagdameo on January 29, 2002. It serves the following areas: Caninguan, Agsirab, Bagongbong, Bagiao, Bayuco, Buwang, Cabugao, Caguisanan, Hipgos, Jayobo, Malag-it, Natividad, Sagcup, San Gregorio, Pasig, Walang, and Cabatangan.
Architecture
The church’s facade is bare of any embellishments. Its main entrance is flanked by twin arch windows, while the pediment contains a rectilinear outline enclosing a blank space.
Celebration
The feast day of St. Isidore is May 15.

The parish office is open 2:00-4:30 PM on Tuesday, 8:00-11:30 AM on Sunday, and 8:00-11:30 AM and 2:00-4:30 PM from Wednesday to Saturday.
