Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in Cubay, Miagao, Iloilo, Philippines.

History
The plan to build a parish in Cubay was an initiative undertaken by Fr. Claudio T. Sale, parish priest of St. Thomas of Villanueva in Miagao, together with Archbishop Alberto Piamonte. It was canonically erected on November 27, 1991. Fr. Francisco Gabriel was its first parish priest.
The present-day church was consecrated on November 27, 2006.
Aside from Cubay, the parish also provides pastoral care to believers living in Aguiauan, Banbanan, Banga, Baraclayan, Bugtong-Lumangan, Dawog, Diday, Durog, Indag-an, Maricolcol, Sibucao, Tambong, and Tan-agan.
Architecture
The church’s front wall combines tiles, stones, and concrete. Its portico is supported by pairs of fluted columns whose peaks are adorned with kneeling angels, and on its roof is the Marian symbol in a blue field. Busts of angels are also installed on the pilasters that flank the facade and above the main doorway. The doorway itself is flanked by embedded columns and pilasters bearing dentil. The pediment is pierced with a rose window above which is the image of the patroness, and they are flanked by embedded columns. The belfry is found in the epistle side.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal is November 28.
