Immaculate Conception Church is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in Guisijan, Laua-an, Antique, Philippines.

History
Previously a part of the jurisdiction of Bugasong, the village of Guisijan was made into a pueblo in 1820. The church in Guisijan, dedicated to Our Lady of Immaculate Conception, was established in 1895.
During the American period, Guisijan lost its municipal status and was annexed to the town of Laua-an by virtue of Act No. 961 on October 23, 1903, and it has remained so up to the present.
Architecture
The church’s facade has a neat brick exterior with white trim at its top stepped, tapering edges. Its portico of a gable roof is by the arch entrance flanked by a pair of narrow and wide arch windows on each side. The pediment features a white alcove where the image of the patroness is enthroned, twin finials, and a cross.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception is December 8.
