San Nicolas De Tolentino Parish Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Tobias Fornier, Antique, Philippines.

History
Tobias Fornier was called Dao, and even up to the present it is still referred to by its previous name. Its first settlers were the Aetas followed by the Malays. During the Spanish period, Dao became a town in 1766 and its church was made into a parish on April 20, 1771. However, it was converted back to a visita of Hamtic. Only in 1778 that it was made into a parish once again.
Dao was renamed to Tobias Fornier after a politician and former representative of Antique by virtue of Batas Pambansa Bilang 10 on December 6, 1978.
Architecture
The front wall of the parish employs open and blind fenestration, and a three-gable roof provides shade over the entrance. Three-level bell tower, with the first two lower levels bearing niches of holy figures, is in the epistle side.
Celebration
The feast day of St. Nicholas of Tolentino is September 10.
