St. Andrew the Apostle Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Sagñay, Camarines Sur, Philippines.

History
The name of the town comes from the local word sanga, which means branch. The Franciscans founded their mission and established the church in 1684.
Its first parish priest was Fr. Pedro Parong. Fr. Serafin Terren initiated the construction of a rectory beginning in 1865, however it was damaged from natural disaster. So church-building continued in earnest in the following decades. Fr. Perfecto Ascujo oversaw the laying out of the foundation between 1871 and 1877, and Fr. Mariano Calvo installed the roof. From 1884 to 1888, Fr. Lope Delgado rebuilt the roof with iron. A church made of stone and wood was erected by Fr. Frutos Garcia in 1890.
Architecture
The facade of the church stands tall, culminating in a belfry, and made masonry wall embellished truncated pilasters (the inner two bearing bas relief emblems), moldings, and finials. The arch entrance door is flanked with niches. In the upper sweep is a door whose lunette is half-quatrefoil. Its third level contains an oculus.
Celebration
The feast day of St. Andrew the Apostle is November 30 and the town celebrates the Guipao Festival.
Services
Rosary, Novenas, and Angelus are said at 5:30 every morning Monday to Saturday.
Holy Hour and Confession are scheduled every first Friday of the month.
