Our Mother of Perpetual Help Parish Church is a Roman Catholic and Marian Church located in Babag 1, Lapu-lapu City, Cebu, Philippines.

History
The church was declared a parish in 1997. Its administration is under the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart.
Architecture
As of this writing, a proposed reconstruction project is currently being undertaken. Its present structure consists of a pyramidal roof and a cross gable for its portico. The portico has a ramp and a flight of stairs.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of Perpetual Help is every third Sunday of June.
Services
The parish office is open from 8:30 in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon daily.
Baptism is every after 10:00 morning mass on Sundays.
