Medalla Milagrosa Church is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in Talisay, Hilongos, Leyte, Philippines. Its patroness is Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal.

History
The church was established by the Congregation of the Priests of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in 2016, and it became a parish on November 30, 2019. Church-building began on January 1, 2018.
Architecture
Its facade is framed by curving walls that rise widely from the ground and towards the belfry that towers over the roof. By its entrance is a portico with a gable and supported by slanting posts, and above the image of the Blessed Virgin is installed. The belfry is a single wall with three hollows and surmounted by a cross.
Celebration
The feast of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal is November 27.
