St. Paul the Apostle Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Cauayan, Negros Occidental, Philippines.

History
The church was established in 1851, with Fr. Juan Jusen, OAR as the first priest assigned in Cauayan. During the American period, the Mill Hills Fathers took over between 1913 and 1942.
After the war, Fr. Antonio Mamigo served between 1942 and 1950. Later, the church was taken care of by the Columban Fathers starting in 1950. The church was turned over to the secular clergy in 2007.
Celebration
The feast of St. Paul is celebrated every January 25th.
