History
The church was established in 1982.
Architecture
Twin bell towers are capped by pyramidal roofs and stand flanking the recessed entrance. Fenestration of the facade is a pair of slender arc windows; round openings are also found in the lateral walls of the towers. On the pediment is a tiled niche of the titular.
Services
The parish office is open from 8:00 in the morning until 12:00 noon and from 1:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon daily except Tuesday.
Masses are also held on Sundays in the following areas and schedule: 6:00 AM (Masulog), 8:00 AM (Biak na Bato), 10:00 AM (Guinpana-an), 4:00 PM (Cabagna-an), and 4:00 PM (Old Fabrica).
