St. James the Greater Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Old Sagay, Sagay City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. Its second patroness is St. Therese of the Child Jesus.

History
The church was established in 1865. The town was founded by Tenientes Francisco Rodriguez and Basilio Cordova five years earlier, and its settlement was located by the Bulanon River. The Spanish colonial government ordered the transfer of the town to Pueblo de Magallanes (present-day Old Sagay) in 1870.
Architecture
A pergola protects the immediate space by the entrance from the elements, and at one corner of which a cross stands. The church wall has glass windows, and above the doorway is a lunette. The wall at the epistle side is pierced with twin arch openings.
Celebration
The feast day of the patron is July 25.
