Our Lady of Immaculate Conception Church is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in Santa Maria, Romblon, Philippines.

History
The old name of the town is Cagbagacay. It comes from the word bagacay, which refers to bamboo that grew in the wild. In 1910, it was renamed Concepcion after its patroness, Our Lady of Immaculate Conception.
The town used to be part of San Agustin (old name Guintigui-an). On September 12, 1982, the new town called Imelda was created by virtue of Batas Pambansa Bilang 234. It was so named after Imelda Marcos, and its territory encompassed Concepcion Sur, Concepcion Norte, and Bonga which all seceded from San Agustin.
The name of the town was changed finally to Santa Maria after its patroness pursuant to Republic Act No. 6651 that was enacted without executive approval on April 17, 1988.
The church was established in 1982.
