History

The church was established as a mission station in 2002. It was elevated into a parish through a canonical erection by by Most. Reverend Jose R. Rojas, Jr., D.D., Bishop of the Diocese of Libmanan, on June 26, 2024. Fr. Muriel T. Abiog was appointed as its first parish priest.

Architecture

The church’s portico occupies the space spanning the entire width of the facade. Its is roofed with a balcony, and its central section extends to a three-bodied bell tower that is topped with a cross. The recessed entrance is flanked with rectilinear apertures. On the pediment is an oculus.

Celebration

The feast of St. Padre Pio of Pietrelcina is September 23.
