San Roque Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Patoc, Dagami, Leyte, Philippines. Its patron is St. Roch of Montpellier.

History
The church was established on August 24, 1996. It began as a mission station officially organized upon the approval of Archbishop Pedro Dean and supported by Fr. Albert Opiniano of St. Joseph Parish in Dagami. The first ministers assigned to the mission station were Fr. James Meneses and Fr. Ronel Taboso. It was canonically erected as a parish by Archbishop John F. Du on October 29, 2019.
Architecture
The church’s facade has red brick exterior and in most places unadorned. Plain pilasters are seen along the pillars and outlining the entrance up to the gable. A huge rose window with flower-like tracery is found piercing its pediment. A portico is erected by the primary doorway, and it is flanked by niches of holy figures.
The bell tower, a four-bodied edifice, is erected in the gospel side.
Celebration
The feast day of St. Roch is last Saturday of August.
