St. Isidore Parish Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Merida, Leyte, Philippines.

History
The old name of the town was Siapon, and its earlier settlement was in present-day Bita-ug. It was renamed to Merida after the hometown of a Spanish colonizer.
It was a visita of Ormoc beginning in 1834, and it was elevated into a parish in 1917 with Fr. Pelagio Aviles as the first parish priest. Inauguration of the parish occurred through a decree issued by Bishop Pablo Singzon y Baeza, the head of the Diocese of Calbayog.
Architecture
The church’s facade consists of an extended gable that begins from the ground and tapers upward to the pediment and is topped with a cross. Above the entrance is an arch, and the rest of the front wall is made of glass panes.
Celebration
The feast day of St. Isidore is May 15.
