Diocesan Shrine of Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno – Saint Rock the Healer Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Cawayan, Catarman, Northern Samar, Philippines.

History
The church was established in 2007. The church was consecrated, dedicated, and elevated into a diocesan shrine on September 12, 2016. It was granted membership to the Association of Catholic Shrines and Pilgrimages of the Philippines of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines on December 2, 2023.
Architecture
The church’s facade combines different colored stones on its exterior: deep red of the bricks and gray of the stones bounding the entrance door and above it the niche of St. Roch. The pillars on either side culminate with the figures of angels blowing trumpets.
Its pediment features an irregular outline and it is topped with a white cross. The bell tower is built separately in the gospel side and features an arch doorway, a Marian symbol, cross.
Celebration
The feast day of St. Roch is August 18 while the feast day of Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno is January 10.
