St. Anthony of Padua Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Mondragon, Northern Samar, Philippines.

History
The first settlers built their habitat along the Masaguipot Creek and called the land Quinay. It was raised into a pueblo through a Royal Decree issued on September 22, 1883. The church meanwhile was established in 1894.
Architecture
A church tower serves as a portico and belfry; it is covered with a pyramidal roof and a cross. The facade itself features an arch portal flanked with slit arch windows. On the pediment is a oculus.
Celebration
The feast day of St. Anthony of Padua is June 12.
