History
The chapel in Barangay Tarabucan in Oquendo District of Calbayog City was elevated into a mission center by Most Reverend Isabelo C. Abarquez, D.D., the bishop of the Diocese of Calbayog on November 19, 2021. It first mission chaplain was Fr. Vince Allan B. Davantes Jr. In the following months, a fund-raising drive was implemented for the construction of a much bigger church.

The church is currently under construction as of writing.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary is October 23.
