Quasi-Parish of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal is a Roman Catholic and Marian church located in Sabang, Borongan City, Eastern Samar, Philippines.

History
The church was a chaplaincy. It became a quasi-parish in 2023, which is also the same year that the rectory was blessed. The rosary garden was likewise blessed in 2021.
Architecture
The portico of the church rests on posts with Ionic capital, and on its gable are two medallions, one containing the Marian symbol and the other is the image of the patroness. The entrance is flanked by pointed arch and rectilinear windows, and above is a lighted cross.
Celebration
The feast day of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal is November 27.
