The church was established in 1993.
Architecture
The church has an octagonal shape, and upon its facade its roof opens into a gable. It has a portico that runs the entire span of the facade, and its pillars are crowned with statues of angels. The pediment has stone exterior interspersed with stained glass; on its wall is the statue of the patron.
Celebration
The feast day of St. Lorenzo Ruiz is September 28.
