St. John Paul II Church is a Roman Catholic church located in Punta, Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines.

History
The church began as a mission station to serve the barangay of Alegria, Batuan, Don Felipe and Punta on April 26, 2017. Its first minister Fr. Mansueto L. Sosing was appointed by Archbishop John F. Du, D.D. and half a year later its pastoral council was formed.
In 2023, it was elevated to a parish. Dedication of the new church and consecration of the altar took place on October 22, 2023.
